In case, if the product is not working, we recommend customers to take below steps for troubleshooting:
1) Try to fully charge and discharge the battery. 2) Connect battery to the charger and push the power button while connected and see if it starts.
3) Connect battery to the charger and wait for at least 10 min and see if it loads.
4) Put the battery in the inspire and see if it will turn on
