Directions: (1) In a 12 qt. sauce pot over medium high heat, sauté bacon until browned, approximately 7 minutes. DO NOT DRAIN FAT. (2) Add oil; heat. Add onions, peppers, celery and carrots; sauté 3 minutes. (3) Blend in flour; cook over medium heat 2-3 minutes, stirring constantly. (4) Add water, Custom Culinary Master's Touch All Natural Chicken Base, milk, whole kernel corn, creamed corn, potatoes, white pepper, red pepper sauce and Worcestershire sauce, mixing well. Heat to boiling over medium heat, stirring constantly. Reduce heat and gently boil until potatoes are cooked al dente, 8-10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
