Constellations

Over the years, Bj¶rk s music has been reworked by the likes of Jason Moran, Greg Osby, Dave Douglas, Gretchen Parlato, The Bad Plus, and many more. Karl Latham has been a Bj¶rk fan for many years, and when her album Volta was released it triggered in him an urgent desire not just to cover the songs, but to create new compositions as a kind of commentary. After much
planning, Latham gathered his team and went into Barbershop Studios in Spring 2013 with sound engineer Jeremy Gillespie, where they created a truly fascinating portrait of a singer, and
her music.
