PLEASE NOTE: You cannot use a VU meter to test conductivity. This is for RF (Radio Frequency) Conductive shielding, which you don't use a VU meter for. It's more effective if you apply 3 thin coats and let them FULLY-DRY before each coat. The multi-layered paint acts as a blanket of RF shielding resulting in quieting hum and extraneous noise from unwanted frequency's.
