CloneSpace LLC pLV-hTERT-CDK4
In this lentiviral plasmid, the hTERT, self-cleavable 2A peptide and CDK4 coding sequences are fused in frame. The cytomegalovirus (CMV) promoter directs the expression of the fused genes. This plasmid should be used with other HIV-based packaging plasmids (e.g. psPAX2 and pMD2.G) to produce lentivirus. Coexpression of hTERT and CDK4 has been found crucial in immortalizing human cells.
