About 16-18mm (.070 inch) diameter on both sides, back and front (see photo next to a dime). Clip-on wire wrapped earrings, made as an alternative fashion statement, for people with no piercings. They provide even pressure and can be really comfortable when properly adjusted. The wire used bends enough that you can customize the part that wraps around your ear lobe. Sturdy enough that you should not be concerned with them breaking or falling off. Results might vary. For some customers this type of earring might not be sturdy enough for every day wear.  Please, make sure that your ears are free of lotions or greasy products. 
Because of how it's made and the type of wire used, you will be able to adjust the earring by unwinding the spiral discs to cover the front and back of your ear. Once you place it in the right spot twist pressure the discs to tighten them on the ear lobe.
 There is no soldering, no gluing, no screws, no welding or mechanisms to hold them on the ear. Entirely handmade.
