Chrome Plated Brass Pipe Fitting, Floor Flange, 1/2" NPT Female

The Merit Brass floor flange is a chrome-plated brass pipe fitting with female National Pipe Taper (NPT) threads used to join two sections of a piping system. This floor flange connects threaded pipes to flat surfaces; the threaded hub allows the pipe to be screwed in and securely fastened. It has NPT threads for creating a tighter seal than straight threads and may require gaskets, which are sold separately. The flange also has bolt holes and can also be used to absorb vibrations. Made of brass with a high gloss, chrome-plated finish, this floor flange is easier to clean than regular brass and more corrosion resistant than stainless steel. This fitting meets standard ASTM B-584 for quality assurance.
