The Cheese Bread is a typical Brazilian preparation, being found in the recipe books in all regions of Brazil. Its basic ingredients are manioc starch, eggs and cheese. The main characteristics of this products are the crunchiness of the crust and the softness of the dough, it also has a very pleasant cheese and manioc flavor. It is usually eaten as an appetizer in restaurants, with tea and specially with a delicious cup of coffee.
The Amafil Cheese Bread is very easily done, does not demand special skills and has all the characteristics of a home made cheese bread.

How to prepare:
Recipe for 17.6 oz of Amafil Cheese Bread Mix
1 - Place in a bowl 17.6 oz of Amafil Cheese Bread Mix. Add 4 medium eggs and 7 oz of shredded cheese (preferably mozzarella cheese). Knead well.
2 - Add little by little 6.8 fl. oz of water (room temperature), mixing well until dough is uniform and sticky on the hand but not to the bowl.
3 - Divide the dough, make balls in the desired size and place in flat pans. If necessary, grease hands with butter.
4 - Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Bake in the preheated oven for 25 to 30 minutes or until the cheese bread are lighly browned.
Makes 35 units of 1 oz each approximately.
