Featuring a mahogany body with an offset tilted waist, the Charvel DC-1ST Desolation Series Electric Guitar offers a unique take on double cutaway solid-body electric guitars. The DC-1ST is built for speed and for comfort. The set-through maple/mahogany neck boasts a scalloped heel for easier access to the upper register and has been shaped in to an extra thin profile for high velocity soloing. An abalone bound rosewood fingerboard with 24 jumbo frets and abalone Keystone inlays will facilitate effortless string bending.

The Charvel DC-1ST is equipped with dual EMG active humbucking pickups with three-way toggle switching. The simplified controls feature master volume and tone controls and a 3-way pickup selector switch. Rounding out the hardware is a Charvel bridge specially designed for compound-radius fingerboards, black nickel hardware, and three-on-a-side locking Charvel tuners. The DC-1ST comes in solid and trans finishes (flame maple veneer on trans finishes) with matching headstocks. Case not included.
