Drain Lines and Down Pipes: Use 2 times weekly to a maximum of 4 times, depending on the usage of the building. Start on the lowest floor and work up at the rate of one floor per day. Do not treat the same floor twice. When the top floor is reached continue treatment for the top floor only. Grease Traps: Treat at night or when traps are used least. Pour 8 oz. of product per 180 gallon grease trap capacity directly into trap, or in pipeline closest to trap. Follow with 1 cup lukewarm water. Daily use is recommended. Septic Tanks: Add 1 pint per 25 cubic feet initially. Then use 8 oz. each week. Pour directly into toilet and flush. If septic tank is clogged, add 1 gallon of product to the tank through the manhole. General Odor Control: To eliminate odors caused by vomit, urine, spoiled food, animal waste and in places such as garbage can, locker rooms, carpet, etc. spray directly on the malodor. Toilets, Urinals: Add 4-6 oz. daily applying product under toilet or urinal rim. Allow product to run down into drain. Uric Acid: Remove as much solid matter as possible. Spray area where odor is originating, usually the urinal, toilets, carpets or floor and wall area around washroom. Recreational Vehicles and Boats: Add 4 oz. per gallon of water in holding tank. Then use 2 oz. per gallon as needed. For dump stations use 2 oz. per 50 gallons of tank capacity. Use 1 pint per week for maintenance. Carpet Deodorizing and Digesting Organic Wastes and Their Odors: Clean and vacuum carpet thoroughly. Spray Bio-Master on carpet, diluting slightly if preferred. Repeat if necessary. Can be used in conjunction with carpet cleaning equipment by diluting product 1 part to 5 parts carpet cleaner mixture. When using on carpet, first test product in an inconspicuous area and allow to dry. Do not over saturate carpet. Porta-Toilets: Add one gallon directly. Cover the solids with water to aid digestion.
