Our ring batter bowl is made from the highest quality stoneware. It holds 2¼ qt. and has a nice spout and ergonomic handle to facilitate pouring. The tall, thick walls allow for easy mixing. The non-porous glaze will not react with foods and flavors.The bottoms are hand-sanded for a smooth, no-scratch surface. It cleans easily in the dishwasher and is oven, microwave and freezer safe. All Chantal ceramics are lead and cadmium safe and meet FDA and CA Prop 65 requirements.
