Channel Mount Gearbox Kit - 360° Rotation (2:1 Ratio)

360° rotation from a standard size servo...easily done with the SPG400A-CM-360 Servo Power Gearbox kit. The all new structure is machined from high-strength 6061-T6 aluminum. By incorporating threaded side mounts you can now easily attach these servo gearboxes to numerous ServoCity products including tubing and channel; making it easier than ever to incorporate a servo power gearbox into a custom pan & tilt, mechanical device, or robotic structure. The hardened 1/2" stainless steel final shaft is supported by dual ABEC-5 precision ball bearings that not only allow extremely smooth operation but can also support up to 200 pounds of vertical and horizontal load.  The precision potentiometer is mounted inside the underdrive housing which is then attached to the final output shaft to provide accurate positioning feedback.  With five optional gear ratios, you are sure to find the right combination of torque and speed for your project. The SPG400a-CM-360 kit will come with full assembly instructions. Servo not included. Patented. Note: The SPG400A-CM-360 kit, when assembled, will allow the final shaft to rotate approximately 190 degrees using a Hitec digital servo with stock programming. To increase the rotation (when using a digital servo) you can use a Hitec servo programmer to re-program the endpoints. Maximum achievable rotation is approximately 400 degrees.
