Certified Diabetes Educator Exam Data Flash Cards (Study Cards Developed by an Actual CDE)
UPDATED and REVISED February, 2011: Cards have been revised and editing issues corrected! A1c as diagnostic tool, new meds Victoza and Onglyza!!! 180+ Data cards, color-coded by content! Not long paragraphs of general information like others- these are the cards I developed when I was studying to take the CDE Exam and I know they helped me do well. Color-coded by topics such as: DM Management & Meds, Lipid Management & Meds, HTM Management & Meds, Theories, Pathophysiology and Problem Solving and much more! Don't be fooled by flash cards that are simply rehashes of long wordy paragraphs and outdated information done by publishing mills that don't have a clue about diabetes. My cards let you study in little bits of data that is designed to cover as much as possible the topics on the CDE exam. PLEASE READ- if you are looking for complete sentences with correct punctuation, you need to use a text book! These cards were made like you would do it; they are NOTES to study from, not paragraphs. There are folks that get hung up looking for proper capitalization and grammer. This is not a textbook! I have taken and passed the exam in 2008. I cannot guarantee you will pass- the test is difficult to be sure, but I do pass along helpful info that I get from those that are currently testing. Try my cards- Doesn't it only make sense to use study materials by someone that has taken and passed the test? :) If you have any questions about my cards you can email me via gmail at sproctorrn. Thanks for your interest and good luck on your exam!
