Camkitmate Contax Yashica C/Y Lens To Sony NEX E NEX-3N NEX-5N/5R NEX-7 Camera Focal Reducer Speed Booster Adapter

Focal reducer / speed booster adapter is designed for Contax Yashica (C/Y) lens to Sony NEX E mount APS-C camera bodies. APS-C sensors magnifies images by 1.5x. The adapter reduces focal length by 0.72x magnifaction to near 1:1 in APS-C cameras, e.g. 50mm x 1.5 x 0.72 = 54mm. It also allows more light to enter the camera sensor, can reduce exposure time to about 1 stop. Suitable for most common Contax Yashica mount lenses. Not suitable for auto focusing Contax lenses. Caution: Blue spot occurs when the lens is shot to light sources. It cannot be worked in certain models of NEX video camcorders well, especially those in 35mm sensors, and some APS-C camcorders such as VG20E, EA50.
