The Browning VPLE-100 series ball bearing pillow block has a cast-iron housing with two bolt holes, eccentric lock, and contact-and-flinger seal. The bearing housing is made of cast iron and has a ball bearing insert for ready-to-mount installation. Its one-piece construction provides maximum strength and rigidity. This non-expansion-type pillow block has an eccentric locking design that incorporates a precision eccentric collar to mate with the inner ring extension for shaft hold. It is relubricatable, and its contact-and-flinger seal retains lubricant and protects against contamination. This low base pillow block ball bearing is suitable for supporting rotating shafts when radial or radial-and-thrust loads are required.
