Brinno BLC200 Lab Cam Time Lapse Camera
The Brinno BLC200 Lab Cam combines a model TLC200 Pro HDR Time Lapse Video Camera and an AMH100 Microscope Adapter to allow the capture of time lapse images through a microscope. Whatever is happening on the slide is captured for playback on any PC, laptop or tablet. The Brinno TLC200 PRO is the world's first HDR time lapse video camera. With an interchangeable CS mount lens and a 1.3 megapixel High Dynamic Range (HDR) image sensor, the TLC200 PRO produces stunning 720p time lapse video under virtually any lighting conditions, from low light to intense backlighting. The spherical 14 mm f/2.0 glass lens produces a 2X increase in sharpness and a 4X increase in low light performance. To use, simply set your time interval on the 1.44 inch LCD preview screen, insert the microscope adapter into the microscope's eyepiece tube, and wait for the video to finish. The Lab Cam can also be used in telescopes that have a 23mm eyepiece tube. The interval between frames is selectable between 1 second and 24 hours. An AVI video file is created in the camera during recording, which results in files being downloadable in seconds, not hours, with no stitching or converting required. Transfer the video to your Windows PC with any mini USB cable, or via the included SD Card. Or use Brinno's OTG reader (model ABR100, sold separately) to view it instantly on your smart phone. For non-microscope time lapse projects, the TLC200 Pro can be tripod-mounted or set on a flat surface. Two additional lenses are sold separately: an 18-55 mm f/1.2 lens (model BCS 18-55) and a 24-70 mm f/1.4 lens (model BCS 24-70). You can also create stop-action movies using the external shutter release (model ATS100 Shutter Line, sold separately). For outdoor use, a weather resistant housing is available (model ATH120, sold separately). For beginners to professionals. Requires 4 AA batteries (included) or can be powered from a micro USB connector.
