This Brewer H-Series universal drive tensioner is an adjustable take-up idler for restoring an elongated chain or belt to its original tension. (Idler shaft and set collar not included.) It has a bolted base on each end for mounting to a machine frame. The screw-and-slide adjustment controls tension, and the positive locking nut provides a non-slip hold.
