SELLER’S SOLE OBLIGATION AND YOUR EXCLUSIVE REMEDY under this Limited Warranty and, to the extent permitted by law, any warranty or condition implied by law, shall be the repair or replacement of parts, without charge, which are defective in material or workmanship. The Limited Warranty provided in this Statement excludes any defects or damage arising from accident, alteration, misuse, abuse, improper installation, unauthorized service work, external forces beyond Seller’s control, such as fire, flood, and other acts of God. The Limited Warranty further excludes normal wear and tear on parts and damage to fragile components (e.g. switches). Any and all replaced and/or repaired battery chargers and/or parts shall assume the identity of the original for purposes of the applicable warranty period.
