Boogie Motel / Tight Shoes
Digitally remastered two-fer containing a pair of albums from the British Boogie/Rock 'n' Roll band. Boogie Motel (1979) was the first album to be produced by the band themselves, and surprisingly starts with a cover of Holland-Dozier-Holland band 100 Proof Aged in Soul's 'Somebody's Been Sleeping in My Bed', followed by the hit single 'Third Time Lucky'. Tight Shoes (1980), with it's New Wave front cover, signaled a change of direction for the band to a poppier style, and was the last album to feature slide guitarist Rod Price (until the original line-up reformed in 1993). Edsel Records.
