Only returns that are accompanied by an RMA number will be accepted. In order to be eligible for a refund, the product must be unopened in its original packaging and in new condition. Upon receipt we will inspect the product and determine that it meets this criteria. Any returned goods that fail to meet this criteria will not be eligible for a refund. We reserve the right to charge a restocking fee on any returned goods. You must notify us in writing by email, within 7 days of receipt of damaged goods in order to obtain an RMA number.
