Boesch Built Smog Block Off Plates for the 03-12 Yamaha, Kawasaki, R1, R6, Zx6, and Zx10r

The BoeschBuilt Performance Smog Block Off Plates are constructed from laser cut 6061 aluminum for a stylish and enduring brushed finish that is guaranteed not rust. These plates are manufactured in Detroit, MI and will Fit the following bikes: 2003-2012 R1, 2003-2012 R6, 2003-2008 FZ1, 2003-2008 ZX6RR/636, 2003-2012 ZX10R, and 2004-2008 ZX14R. Each set ( a pair of plates and a plug as pictured) will come with an airbox cap/plug used to seal the ports on the valve cover for the AIS (Air Injection System). Boesch Built performance block off plates will eliminate the popping noise from aftermarket exhaust and baffle kits, and more importantly will offer an accurate air/fuel mixture reading when tuning the bike. Please note, when installing the block off plates, all attached reeds and other AIS/smog system pieces will need to be removed completely in order for the plates to install properly. PLEASE DO NOT FORGET TO REMOVE THE REED SCREWS.
