The recordings that took place during '67 at "The Big Pink" represent Bob Dylan's most productive song writing period ever. Backed by The Band, Dylan committed well over a 100 songs to tape, resulting in a kaleidoscope of American music known as "The Basement Tapes". This CD compilation collects together the originals of 26 of the tracks recorded during this sublime period of creativity.
