Blue Span
A small piece from a series called Fluidity. I attempted to represent a sense of time using canvas strips, squares and fabric from around the world. This piece is made of acrylic paint, cut canvas, and cut fabric from Mali, Guinea, Indonesia, Malaysia, and Japan adhered to the canvas with gel medium. The piece is on a gallery wrapped canvas with finished edges. It comes ready to hang.
