Confectionery house stencil sheets are specifically made for sugar craft projects and food applications. Not only can they be used for stencil making, but also for chocolate and confectionery work; and creates a shiny finish on chocolate. Our stencil sheets are FDA approved safe for food contact and biodegradable. Each stencil sheet is .005 mils thick. These stencil sheets are shiny on one side and dull on the other side.
