¡¾Time Synchronization¡¿ : Usually, the displayed time can be automatically synced to the equipment it is connected to in 10mins. But if the displayed time is not automatically synced, it also can be manually updated in the first dropdown manu on the upper right of PC software.¡¿
¡¾Important Note¡¿: All the below operation should be done in the condition of letting the black side face up. And its reaction sensitivity might differ in different intensity of shaking and clicking. If it's not reacting very sensitively, you can tap it couple of more times to see the data. If you find it doesn't react sensitively, here are some skills we summarized for you: Shaking doesn't work well when you are walking. You need to stop for 3 secs and then shake it. If you want to see the data in walking, we suggest you hold your fist on the other hand to lightly hit the palm of the hand wearing the pedometer. You can also hold your fist of the wearing hand and lightly hit the other palm.
1. When it's fully charged, it will turn on the device and enter Active mode.
2. In Sport Mode, click the screen (or shake the device) once, screen will show the steps.
3. Click (or shake the device) again, screen will show the calories.
4. Click (or shake the device), screen will show the distance you walked .
5. Click (or shake the device), it goes back to normal time display.
6. In Sport Mode, click the screen (or shake the device) 3 times, it will convert from Sport Mode to Sleep mode. Convert it to Sleep Mode before you go to bed, then it will monitor your sleep quality. In the next morning when you wake up,end the Sleep Mode and convert it to Sport Mode. When the data is synced to pc, you'll see if you slept well in the night.
7. In Sleep Mode, click the screen (or shake the device) 3 times, it will convert from Sleep Mode to Sport Mode.
