The Bellco Glass 1943-00005 float glass cover slip has a 5mm diameter and is made of #1 thickness (0.13 to 0.16mm) soda-lime glass for image clarity. It fits inside a 96-well microplate (sold separately) for growing a tissue culture specimen and keeps specimens compressed to a layer of even thickness when used with microscope slides (sold separately). The package contains approximately 100 cover slips. This glass cover slip is suitable for use in a variety of microscopic examination applications.
