Technical Specifications The Foam Stop incorporates a sliding valve in the form of a hollow tube, a stainless steel ball, a spring and two valve seats. Beer flows mainly on the outside of the hollow tube, creating a low pressure situation inside the tube. When the keg becomes empty and gas enters the system, the spring pushes the tube down. At the same time, a surge of liquid and gas enter the inside of the tube, propelling the ball upwards and sealing against the upper seat.
