Bayou Classic stainless Double Jet Cooker brings the heat for use with extra-large size stockpots. Featuring an 18" diameter wide cooking surface on a 12.5" tall welded frame, powered by a 30psi high Pressure regulator, the Double Jet Cooker brings large size stockpots to a rolling boil faster.  More importantly, it has faster recovery time back to a rolling boil after food is inserted into stockpots. Rapid recovery time is the key element to achieve proper boiling of seafood and vegetables. A stainless 'Hose Guard' extends from the frame protecting the LPG hose from heat downdraft when using wide diameter stockpots.  Also featuring a High Pressure 48-inch stainless braided LPG hose for added value and safety.
