Vinyl color will vary & will not affect the design process.HOW TO APPLY:1. Paint base coat on fingernails & allow to dry completely.2. Apply nail decals to your fingernails in anyway you like. (Tweezers may help with placement)3. Be sure to press the nail vinyls onto the nail firmly to not have any gaps where the top coat might bleed under.4. Apply top coat directly over the nail decals5. Remove the nail decals while the top coat is still wet otherwise it may lift the top coat color.6. Apply a clear top coat & you are done!
