The EASYpure® RoDi is a self-contained compact system that produces water that exceeds ASTM Type 1 standards from tap water. The system is designed for those using less than 15 liters per day of high purity water. Applications include culture media (not mammalian cell culture), buffers for analytical procedures, BOD analysis and HPLC blanks. The EASYpure® RoDi uses a combination of reverse osmosis, deionization, UV oxidation and absolute sub-micron filtration to produce water with resistivities above 18 megohm-cm and TOC of ≤5 ppb. Dual wavelength quartz ultraviolet lamp oxidizes organics while controlling bacteria within the system. Unit features integral low water pump protection. A 0.2 µm hollow fiber absolute final filter (3925B34) at point of use provides water free of particles and bacteria.
