Pads are 8 x 3 ( equivalent to a traditional pantiliner ) Flannel cotton top; the inner core is made from a bamboo cotton blend called ZORB; and a PUL backing. The ZORB is SUPER absorbent, so the pads are thinner. EarthGirl pads are intended to last for 3-5 years in a rotation of 10 pads or more.
