NOTE: Please refer the product manual which has "Quick Start", "Operating Instructions" and "Troubleshooting" sections. While using the product, please make sure the camera and monitor are both "On" and/or attached to a power supply. Ensure that the camera and monitor are on the same "Channel". Use the Channel scroll buttons to change channels on the monitor.Press "POWER" button to be sure the monitor is not on power saving "VOX Mode". Make sure the screen is not dimmed - do a quick press of the POWER/SLEEP (DIM SCREEN) button and wait several seconds for the picture to reappear. Recode the monitor to the camera by following the Coding instructions in the manufacturer's product manual.
