Baby Daily Tracking Log - Childcare Activity Journal Notepad
Seb and Oli's Childcare Log was created and used by a mother. The log can first be used at home by new parents to keep track of their newborns schedule. When the baby begins to attend a childcare setting the log becomes a great tool to help improve communication during the sometimes hectic and rushed childcare drop-off and pick-up times. The format was designed to be quick and simple to fill out with space for the child's name and the date. The log will be a record of a great deal of important information regarding your child's eating, sleeping, diaper changes, and other activities while at their childcare provider. It also allows for communication of important information regarding the child's previous night and morning at home to their provider, which will improve care of the child. The log sheets can be archived in a 3-ring binder (not included) to create an excellent monitoring system that can be used for future reference, doctor appointments, and even for a keepsake. The log has been divided into 15-minute intervals to allow for more accurate tracking. Sheets are easily detached and take up very little space, making them easy to take along when traveling. Parents can choose to do night tracking, day tracking, or both. The sheets can then be laid side-by-side for 24-hour schedule viewing. The log has plenty of space for additional notes and comments and even the back of the sheet can be used to document additional comments and notes. Overall, the Childcare Log will become a useful communication tool for both parents and childcare providers and an important record of your child's schedules.
