Directions: As a dietary supplement, take 2 tablets 2 times a day. After 3 weeks of use, discontinue for at least 2 weeks. Consume as part of a healthy diet and drink at least 100 oz of water per day. Store in a dry place away from direct sunlight. Ingredients: Microcrystalline cellulose, stearic acid, aqueous coating, magnesium stearate, silicon dioxide, croscarmellose sodium, FD&C blue #3, modified cellulose, FD&C yellow #6 and FD&C red #40.
