BLUE UV Reactive Neon Black Light Intense Lipstick. Using specially formulated cream lipstick base, these UV Black light lipsticks will fluoresce back BRIGHTER. The BLUE is actually a DEEP BLUE color during the day and when flooded by UV Black light it fluoresces back to become a SUPER BRIGHT NEON BLUE as shown in the pictures.
