Athens Kataifi Dough - Shredded Fillo (Phyllo)
This shredded dough is used for making Kataifi, that is a pastry filled with nuts and covered in honey, similar to baklava. Pareve Ingredients: Water, Flour (non-bromine bleached unenriched wheat flour, enriched wheat flour, niacin, iron, thiamin mononitrate, riboflavin, folic acid), Vegetable Oil (corn and/or canola), Soy Lecithin, Salt, Preservatives (calcium and/or sodium propionate and potassium sorbate).
