Galloway Precision is now offering our GEN 2 BOMB PROOF Ruger SR9c and SR40c guiderods for sale. Choose from a stainless retainer or black retainer. Both guide rods use the stock 16lb spring rate like factory, or choose from 14, 18, or 20 as an option to help control felt recoil or dial in for hand loads. ***These are our new design BOMB PROOF thick head guide rods, we have tripled the head thickness to prevent the scaring and rare bending on the locking lug side seen on some of the 40 S/W guns, these will work on the 9mm model as well. Made of non magnetic stainless steel or blacked tool steel, they are drop in and you can disassemble them to change spring rates if need be or desired. The compacts both come factory with 16lb, we recommend the 14lb only for light handloads only, 18lb is the high in for 9mm, and the 20lb is for 40.
