Anniversary Collection

2009 collection from the German band created by Oliver Bendt. Like Boney M, the Goombay Dance Band were a studio creation that blended World Music with Pop songs and 'modern' production. To coincide with their 30th Anniversary, This collection features eight brand new Goombay Dance Band songs plus modern re-recordings of some of their biggest hits including 'Sun of Jamaica', 'Seven Tears', 'Rain', 'Eldorado and 'Island of Dreams'. The production team on this album had massive hits with artists such as Bad Boys Blue, Haddaway, Chyp-Notic, the Hollies, Windows and many others.
