Attach higher resistance and work through repetitions slowly to increase muscle mass. Reduce resistance and use an increased number of reps to maintain, tone, and sculpt. Also, try alternating between overhand and underhand grip for continued variation. Resistance bands sold separately.
Wide grip to narrow grip:
Focus on different muscle groups as you work your grip from the outside angled portion of the bar all the way inward to a very narrow grip on each side of the connecting strap. A variety of exercises are available using the Multi-Myo Lat Bar and, like all Anazao Fitness Gear, you'll get the added benefit of functional muscle engagement while focusing on specific muscle groups.
