The solar bag is ideal for any emergency radio that includes a 5Vdc charging port and USB connection. The solar bag features an integrated USB port with LED that lights when exposed to the sun and flashes when charging.
The lightweight solar bag is ideal for your backpack or bug out bag. The solar bag has separate compartments for the radio and connector cables. The solar panel is rugged and will not easily bend or break.
The emergency radios have small solar collectors (limited by the size of the radio), and take a significant amount of time to charge the radio. The solar bag's 9.5 x 6.5 inch surface area is large enough to quickly charge the emergency radio in direct sunlight.
The solar bag features a separate connector storage compartment for your cables and other accessories.
The solar bag does not include an internal battery, but connects to your emergency weather radio€s power input port (similar to an AC adapter, DC converter, or computer USB port) for charging the radio€s internal battery. The solar bag will not charge a smart phone or PDA device directly. It is used to charge the emergency radios internal battery. The solar bag does not include any cables.
