Engineered for heat to release from all surfaces simultaneously & indirectly, fornetto ovens ensure a kinder cooking process & full favor retention. Three fire bricks & a full pizza stone sit within the oven, & an adjustable shelf system provides flexibility & multi-layer cooking.
