Exfoliating With a Pumice Stone

1、Soak your calloused skin in warm water for minutes until your dry skin has softened.
Fill a bowl with warm water and soak your feet in the bowl or pumice as part of your shower may be easiest for other parts of the body

2、Dip the pumice stone in the water where you're soaking your skin. It will slide more easily across your skin after thoroughly wetting.

Caring for a Pumice Stone

Dead skin will build up in the pores of the stone while you use it, so you need to clean the stone after use.

The string which attaches with the stone allows you to hang the stone to dry to make sure it isn't harboring bacteria.

Boil it for five minutes every two weeks to ensure it stays clean.
If you've used the stone on a dirty surface, you can add a capful of bleach to the water to make extra sure all bacteria gets killed.

Replace the stone when it wears down.
