By varying the type of pollen that can be harvested from the distinctive flora of New Zealand, we are able to provide you with spectacular honey, each with its own unique color, flavor, and aroma. Honeybees extract this from a nectar that forms on the bark of New Zealand South Island black beech and that sparkles in the sunlight (hence "honey""dew"). Honeydew honey has a full aroma, is heady, almost pungent, and malty with a thick red amber color. It is prized for its medicinal qualities in Europe and Turkey.
