Advanced Mathematics Precalculus with Discrete Mathematics and Data Analysis Tests
"These Tests are designed to test the content and objectives of ADVANCED MATHEMATICS, Precalculus with Discrete Mathematics and Data Analysis, by Richard C. Brown. The twenty-nine tests in the booklet complement the tests in the student textbook. There is one test for each of the twenty chapters of the textbook. There are seven cumulative tests, each of which covers the material in two to five chapters. In addition, there are two longer cumulative tests covering the first and second halves of the course, respectively. Each of these tests is multiple-choice and is divided into two parts. "Each test is designed to be administered during a single class period. For those cumulative tests that have more than one part, each part corresponds to one class period. "The questions on each test are assigned point values totaling 100 points. The point values of individual test items reflect the varying levels of difficulty of the problems. Each chapter test begins with four or five fill-in-the blank problems, testing definitions and overall understanding. At the end of each chapter test, there are two extra problems: a Challenge problem and a Writing or Discussion problem. These extra problems are intended to be optional, and are not included in the 100-point scoring scheme." Reproducible in classroom quantities, provided each copy made shows the copyright notice.
