The Adidas Climacool Ride Training Shoe's welded mesh upper allows air to fully permeate its interior, encouraging an environment that is cooler, drier and altogether more pleasant, whilst a perforated polyurethane sockliner delivers durable comfort and additional breathability. The aforementioned are not the shoe's sole means for dealing with internal temperature however - CLIMACHILLTM technology implements a tripartite approach for ensuring that the shoe's interior environment remains cool, dry and blister-free: perforated aerocool yarns maximise lateral airflow, 360 degree ventilation maintains an optimal in-shoe climate and an air channelled midsole aids evaporation and ventilation in all conditions. Ultimately, each of these technologies work in concert to release heat and supply the foot with a continual flow of fresh air. ADIPRENE®+ has been positioned toward the forefoot to maintain propulsion and toe-off efficiency, whilst a flexible midsole delivers optimised flexibility, breathability and comfort. A blown rubber compound has been applied across areas of the outsole that are particularly prone to wear, ensuring that the wearer will be able gain an effective purchase on a broad range of surfaces for as long as possible.
