1. Does the webcam works with windows 10?
Yes, it will, after installing the driver, the webcam will not generate a shortcut icon, you need to use some software open it, like Skype, etc.
2. Why my camera doesn't come on after I download the drive?
a: The webcam is play and plug. The driver is just for some special computers. Please try it without driver for Skype, YouTube.
