How to connect it:
Connect one end of the shutter control line to the channel on the receiver accordingly, and set up the range of the 3-position gear switch. (3-position gear set up: UP<1.3ms, middle is 1.5ms or so, you can't set up down>1.7ms on most transmitters), plug the shutter connector into the shutter control hole of the camera, please be sure that the camera is power off during the process.

Single Trigger Mode:
- It is designed for video recording. User can only switch GH3 and GH4 between taking picture and video recording through the dial, not shutter release cable. To activate video recording, dial the camera to video mode, and turn the 3-way switch to UP, and MIDDLE. The camera will start video recording. Video recording will be stopped when the steps (UP to DOWN) are repeated.
- During the process, what RCD3017 does is not only simple shutter triggering, but also focusing the object first, delaying after a short time and releasing the shutter.
- DOWN is for focusing object only, no shutter releasing.
- Under single trigger mode, if camera is dialed to picture taking mode, it will take one picture when turning 3-way switch from UP to DOWN.
- Under continuing trigger mode, UP is for continuing picture taking, DOWN is for single picture taking, and MIDDLE is for stopping. Each operation includes focusing-> delaying-> shutter releasing.

When the receiver is powered on: MIDDLE is for single trigger mode; UP and DOWN are for continuing trigger mode.
