The original factory resistor is very prone to failure and therefore the design has been upgraded. If you still have the original design you will need Mopar part #: 68052436AA to be able to install this part. We do sell a kit with both parts or you can buy them separately. It is strongly recommended to replace the wiring harness when replacing this resistor anyway as the wiring overheats and can melt.
