System Compatibility:
1. iPhone and iPad: Only support IOS 7.0 and IOS7.0 above system (DON'T support the system under IOS7.0!)
2. Andriod System: Only support android 4.0 above system (DON'T support the system under android 4.0!)
3. CAN NOT work on a Mac System.
4. Customers will need to have their own printing software if used with Android or iPhone based devices.
5. Support WINDOWS system, included WIN XP, WIN VISTA, WIN 7, WIN 8 system. Please use the usb cable to connect the computer with the printer. Customer will need to install the driver on your computer before using.

IOS Connection Methods:(IOS 9.0 above system need to use the LightBlue APP)
1.Download software, PRINTER-X/ Lightblue in the APP STORE and install it.
2.Open the mobile phone Bluetooth function
3.Enter the PRINTER-X/Lightblue software, the software will search the PRINTER equipment automatically, click it after seeing device name, then connection will be finished perfectly.
(After finished the connection, you can have a test on it. First input some words in the dialog, then click the icon (PRINT) on the upper right corner to PRINT it.)
4. The above steps is the CONNECT for the first time. When it comes to the second connectivity products, please open the phone bluetooth function, then go into the software and click the icon (CONNECT) on the upper left corner to connect. Then you can use it perfectly.
