After connecting the WiFLY Battery transceiver to a DMX Controller users can send a constant and reliable wireless DMX signal up to 500 feet to other ADJ WiFLY products. The WiFLY Battery has a battery life of up to 20 hours. There are digital battery life and WiFLY wireless signal strength indicators on the side of the unit. Plus, a magnetic bottom plate allows for temporary, quick and easy mounting of the WiFLY Battery transceiver onto a metal lighting fixture or object. The wireless frequency is 2.4 GHz and will coexist in busy RF environments alongside technologies like Bluetooth and Wi-Fi.
